Jeff is currently leading the team working on City of Toronto's Municipal Comprehensive Review of their Official Plan. Jeff's work is informed by his 15 years of experience both in the private and public sectors. Jeff teaches Land Use Planning courses at the University of Toronto's graduate planning program and is a Registered Professional Planner, as well as a Professional Land Economist in Ontario.
