Kate Hagerman is the Manager of Environmental Planning and Sustainability at the Region of Waterloo. Along with her team, Kate provides environmental planning review and policy development, manages sixteen Regional Forests, implements the Region’s tree conservation by-law, administers the Community Environmental Fund, and works within the organization and broader community to build the capacity to adapt to and mitigate climate change.
