Kiersten Allore-Engel, RPP is a Senior Planner in the Planning and Economic Development Department at the Region of Durham. Her 10+ year career has included a range of planning areas including: transportation, development review, community improvement planning, economic development, and agriculture and rural policy development. The Region’s Community Safety and Well-Being Plan has been an incredible learning opportunity that changed her perspective as a planner by teaching her to apply a diversity, equity and inclusion lens in her work.
