Leith Deacon is a faculty member in the Rural Planning and Development Program in the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development at the University of Guelph. Leith's research focus is rural resiliency and community sustainability. He has been conducting research on rural-related topics for over 15 years and employs both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
