Lisa A Prime is the Founder and Principal of PRIME Strategy and Planning and a sustainable communities and infrastructure planning expert, focused on policy development and implementation. Lisa has a strong background in watershed planning and issues of land use, integration of natural systems and urban development. Project experience includes leading important master plans, and complex EA’s including flood protection such as revitalization for the Mouth of the Don River. Lisa led the innovative approvals collaboration in Toronto’s waterfront, established as Aquatic Habitat Toronto, an integrated agency approvals group for Lake Ontario development. Lisa has led integrated water resource policy initiatives with the Federal Government and Provincial Guidelines. Lisa has held roles as a municipal planner, conservation authority planner, a senior executive with Waterfront Toronto, and a consultant, where now she leads her own firm.
