Project Manager and Facilitator, Associate, Dillon Consulting Limited Merrilees is a Planner and Associate at Dillon. She has a BA in Geography and Urban Economics and a graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Her work is focused on bringing communities, agencies and stakeholders together to address major urban issues facing cities in Canada. She works in policy, transportation, environmental planning, consultation and engagement. Much of Merrilees’ work involves the design and facilitation of conversations focused on community needs and the challenges and opportunities of growth. Merrilees has taught courses as York University and is involved in leading Dillon’s engagement team in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
