The opportunity to work in the City of Kitchener gave me the chance to work with a highly talented team in an exciting work environment where I could use my knowledge and experience to grow and to help my team grow. I have extensive experience working in international companies with offices in Canada, the US and UK. When the pandemic hit and work from home became a government mandate, I used this experience to successfully lead the digital transformation of development review. My years of experience in Architecture and Urban Design and involvement in various large-scale projects and Mixed-Use 
developments have allowed me to have an in-depth understanding of land use planning, construction, development 
process, sustainable community design, urban redevelopment, landscape. I applied this knowledge to collaborate with my 
team, also applicants, consultants and stakeholders to effectively communicate the best solutions and outcome for the site 
plan applications.
