A graduate from Mohawk College’s Transportation Engineering Technology Program, Richard has spent most of his 30 plus year career working in development approvals. His combined municipal experience with the City of Kitchener, and Region of Waterloo knowledge, gives him a well- rounded perspective on local and regional needs. Currently, as the Manager of Corridor Planning, He leads a team responsible for facilitating development approvals on behalf of the Region of Waterloo. Richard is a member of the Canadian Institute of Transportation Engineers (CITE) and Ontario Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), Richard also serves as a Board Member with the Chicopee Ski Club, and Kitchener Housing and leads many LRT tours.
