Project Planner, WSP Canada

Robert is a Project Planner at WSP. He regularly contributes to a range of municipal planning and planning related assignments on projects of various scales throughout Ontario. He is a P2 practitioner, holding a certificate from IAP2 in Foundations of Public Participation, including Planning and Techniques for Effective Public Participation. In an engagement capacity, Robert regularly contributes to developing and implementing innovative and tailored approaches to public engagement strategies for a range of clients and projects. Currently, Robert is the Project Manager for the Town of The Blue Mountains Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Project, where WSP is developing an attainable housing CIP for the Town.  Robert is also an active member of both the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. In 2019, he presented at both the CIP and OPPI conferences on authentic engagement and consultation, Indigenous engagement, and evaluating the effectiveness of digital engagement techniques.
