Sarah Craig, Entitlement Director, leads the planning process for the prefabricated mass timber housing products developed at R-Hauz. R-Hauz vision is to find housing solutions for a variety of users with a focus on creating “missing middle” housing supply faster, cheaper and more sustainably with modular wood construction. Previously, she worked at Waterfront Toronto, supporting the delivery of the Quayside development plan and exploring Affordable Housing programs with innovation and funding partner Sidewalk Labs.
