Catherine Simpson, RPP, MCIP, is a technical leader in asset management and climate resilience within the Strategic Consulting Group at Jacobs. Catherine brings over 15 years of experience successfully working with municipal, Indigenous, senior government, and non-government clients. Her experience spans climate adaptation, sustainable infrastructure management, strategic planning, financial analysis, land use planning and policy, and public and stakeholder engagement. This includes regularly developing and facilitating hands-on sessions (delivered to over 275 organizations to date), most recently as a trainer for Jacobs’ Infrastructure Asset Management Series. Catherine co-chairs the Climate Change and Asset Management Committee for AMONTario and sits on the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Technical Working Group for the Municipal Asset Management Program.
