Kristy Kilbourne (MCIP, RPP) is a Senior Planner in the Policy and Special Studies Division, Planning and Economic Development Department, at the Region of Durham. Prior to joining the Region of Durham, she worked at a few of Durham's lower-tier area municipalities in Planning roles, as well as Sustainability. Kristy has been involved in many aspects of Durham Region's Climate Change Planning efforts in her various professional capacities and roles since 2010. Kristy holds a B.A. Hons. degree in Environmental and Resource Studies from Trent University and a Master in Environmental Studies (Planning) degree from York University and is a member of OPPI's Oak Ridges District Leadership Team.
