Victoria is passionate about placemaking and building community through outreach and inclusive public spaces. As a Registered Professional Planner, she has extensive experience in research and analysis, policy development, community engagement, and project management. She has worked on numerous portfolios including downtown revitalization, active transportation, smart city governance, and tactical urbanism. She currently leads the public realm program for the City of Toronto's King Street Transit Pilot. Victoria obtained postgraduate degrees in planning and social policy from Dalhousie University and the London School of Economics.
