The Cootes to Escarpment EcoPark System is an initiative among nine land-owing agencies. Their goal is to establish a permanent, collaborative alliance to protect and restore natural areas and advance healthy, sustainable outdoor recreation in Hamilton and Burlington. Participants will view drone footage of the area, which will provide the backdrop for a discussion of the initiative’s successes to date and the steps being taken to expand the partnership to include the provincial and/or federal government.
