Barbara Carou

Barbara Carou has over 10 years of experience working across various municipal divisions at the City of Toronto and has focused most of her career  with the City's Parks, Forestry & Recreation Department working on community master plan and public realm projects to improve and expand the City's growing open space network.

 

Barbara has a Masters degree in Planning (M.Pl.) from Queen’s University’s School of Urban and Regional Planning, and a Hon. B.Sc. in Environmental Science and International Development from the University of Toronto.  Barbara is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.
