Brenda Khes

Brenda is a Senior Associate Planner at GSP Group's Hamilton office,

with over 25 years of lands use planning experience in both the public and private sector.

She has extensive experience in urban redevelopment, secondary planning, managing and

coordinating land development projects and securing development approvals on a wide

range of projects.
 

Brenda has led large teams on a number of public sectors projects, assisting clients to

review development potential of surplus property, neighbourhood improvements and

urban design concepts and guidelines.

These projects provide Brenda with a strong understanding of the City of Hamilton, its

policies, its market and its stakeholders.
