Stirling L.W. Todd

Senior Planner, Legislative & Planning Services, Halton Region

Stirling’s work has focused on finding innovative solutions to complex planning issues, collaborative community engagement, and innovative design through a community focussed lens. He is currently a Senior Planner at Halton Region and holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.

Project Experience
Stirling has worked in the planning field for over 18 years and in the banking and finance field for a further 10 years. He has a broad range of municipal \-based experience in rural and urban environments, development review and policy in both lower and upper-tier municipalities and the design of engaging and accessible public open spaces.  He brings a strong background in public policy, development review and design, development finance and public open space design.
