Guided by a moderator, this panel-style discussion with professional planners practicing in Northern Ontario will explore ways to achieve resilient communities. Panelists will highlight how to plan in economically challenged municipalities with low growth rates while maintaining community resiliency and readiness. They will share stories of cooperation, shared challenges and how collective responses.
