Cindy Welsh has more than 20 years of experience in public service at both the municipal and provincial levels in diverse sectors including land use planning, policy planning, health care planning, as well as community and economic development. Since October 2012, Cindy has been the Manager of Planning for the City of Timmins. Prior to this, Cindy was the Senior Policy Planner with the Town of The Blue Mountains. Currently, Cindy is the Chair of OPPI’s Northern District Leadership Team.
