301: Planning to be a better Planner under Bill 139

The planning and development landscape has significantly changed as a result of Bill 139. For planners, this means adapting to a new set of rules for applications under the Planning Act and navigating a new appeal process involving the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal. This session will explore the legislative impact of Bill 139 and how planners should “plan” accordingly.
