Jennifer is responsible for leading the development of a service planning model for the Community and Health Services Department and the planning and implementation of community hubs in York Region. Jennifer has over 8 years’ experience in strategic planning. Jennifer has obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, Administration and Law from York University, Master of Arts Degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Society and Psychology.
