Sean is responsible for developing a long-term service plan for Community and Health Services. He conducts research and demographic studies to develop service proposals while brokering and supporting partnerships between Regional Departments, government agencies, local municipalities, service agencies and community stakeholders. Sean has over 10 years’ experience in developing location models for both public and private sector organizations and working with GIS applications. Sean has obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Geography from Ryerson University.
