Tony is an Associate at Urban Strategies. Tony has played an active role in a number of transit planning projects and transit-oriented development initiatives. He was the planner and project manager for the City of Waterloo Station Area Planning Study, and was involved in the Meadowvale GO Station Master Plan, the GO Rail Station Access Plan Update, and the Davenport Diamond Grade Separation EA. Tony is currently playing a leading role in the development of a master plan for East Harbour in the City of Toronto, where a new commercial district is being planned around the new GO/RER transit station.
