Rita has a postgraduate degree in Rural Planning and a Bachelor Degree in History. She has over 8 years of progressive planning experience in a small municipal environment. Her background makes her well positioned to service citizens and proponents of both rural and urban Ontario. She has been qualified by the OLT as an expert witness on several occasions. She understands the complexities of the Tribunal and has dedicated time to understanding the rules and procedures so that you will have confidence in her expertise as a Planning witness. 

Rita is also pleased to offer services in the area of development planning including Consents and Minor Variances, and Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendments.
