Conference Registration Desk
Allstream Centre - Main Foyer

Walk in the front door of the Allstream Centre and the registration desk will be just to your left.   Make this your first stop when you arrive.

We will be open:

Tuesday, October 6th  - 6:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, October 7th - 7:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday, October 8th - 7:00am - 2:00pm
 
Please stop by to pick up your registration materials or let us know if we can assist you in any way during the Conference.

* If you have registered for one day only, pick up your package on the day you have registered.
 

BYOD

Bring your own Device!  We will have complimentary Wifi in all meeting rooms, so bring your tablet, laptop or smart phone for following along, taking notes and accessing the Conference Mobile Program Guide App.  

Mobile Program Guide App

You wil receive a program at a glance and using a mobile program guide App for full session details.  You can access the app on your smartphone (Blackberry, IOS or Android), tablet, or even your computer! It is a fusion app, so once loaded it will work, even without internet access.

Use the the App to create a personal agenda - you can add sessions you are interested in attending. 

• Add a photo (Don't be a shadow image!)
• Add your social media links (build your network)
• Take notes during sessions
• Connect with others, without sharing personal data
• After sessions - Complete the session evaluation and let us know what is working or not!

Thursday, October 8th is Student Day!

Students are invited to join us in Toronto to network with practicing planners, learn from experts and share your work.  Special student discount rates are available for students attending the entire conference or student day alone.
Complimentary bus transportation provided to Toronto on Thursday, October 8^th for all registered students from:  Kingston – Waterloo – Guelph.
