In this session two of the province’s principle land use mediators will present the top-five tools to achieve consensus. Case study examples will illustrate these tools. Also, participants will be asked to pose real life land use conflicts and the two presenters will describe the tools and hurdles to achieving consensus in those instances. Participants will be asked to suggest alternative approaches in each situation.
