Chris Rouse is the Manager of Development North in the Development and Design Division of the Planning and Building Department at the City of Mississauga. He was an integral and founding member of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review Team and has held positions within the Planning and Building Department over the last 22 years. Most recently he has been seconded to the Enforcement and Licensing Division as the Project Manager of Centralized Vehicle Pound Facility Study for the City of Mississauga.
