Chris Terech

Acting Director, Municipal Finance Policy Branch, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing

Chris Terech is the Acting Director of the Municipal Finance Policy Branch with over 25 years of experience with the Ontario Public Service.  His background is in accounting and he has extensive knowledge of policy development.  He has experience from various ministries, the topics of Property Assessment, rent review, fiscal planning and supply chain management with the Ministry of Finance. He has been with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing since 2009 and recently returned from an assignment in the Capital Planning branch in the Ministry now known as the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment, and Infrastructure.
