Erik Karvinen

Erik Karvinen, MCIP, RPP, PLE is a Senior Project Coordinator with Watson & Associates Economists Ltd.  Erik joined the firm in 2008 and has extensive experience in employment lands studies/strategies, industrial and office market studies, demographic and economic forecasting and growth management strategies across Ontario and the GTA.  Erik has strong working knowledge of the office market in the Greater Toronto Area and has co-authored a range of employment lands and office market studies for both upper and lower tier municipalities in the GTA.

 

Erik holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with a focus in marketing and economics from Queen’s University. He is a Full Member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and Canadian Institute of Planners and a Member of the Association of Ontario Land Economists.
