Jason Chen

Senior Development Manager, Toronto Community Housing

Jason Chen has over 14 years of experience in the field of Planning and Development working on various housing developments throughout the GTA and Toronto.  He is currently Senior Development Manager for Toronto Community Housing for the Lawrence Heights Revitalization, a 100-acre redevelopment of social housing lands in Toronto.
Jason has extensive public and private sector experience on large master-planned, multi-phased housing developments in the GTA. Prior to Toronto Community Housing, Jason worked on several subdivisions and infill developments in southern Ontario for a large private land developer for over 7 years focusing on project management and planning approvals.
Jason has a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Urban Studies from York University and is a Registered Professional Planner and a Member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.
