Jennifer Meader

Jennifer's practice focuses on planning and development matters. She has assisted a wide range of clients throughout Ontario, including sophisticated residential and commercial development corporations, residents, and municipalities. Jennifer has been involved extensively in Planning Act appeals and Development Charges Act appeals, and has drafted numerous agreements associated with these matters. She is also experienced in heritage matters, expropriation, and municipal by-law enforcement.

 

Jennifer has appeared before various levels of Court in Ontario, municipal councils and committees, and administrative tribunals. She appears regularly before the Ontario Municipal Board.

 

Before joining WeirFoulds, Jennifer practiced with a leading planning and development boutique law firm in Oakville. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a project manager with a land development consulting firm that acts for prominent development corporations within the Greater Toronto Area.
