Joanne is Manager of Urban Design and Heritage at the Town of Richmond Hill. She helped formulate the urban design place-making policies in the Town’s Official Plan and helped develop the Richmond Hill Urban Design Guidelines. Current projects include the David Dunlap Observatory Master Plan and the development of Richmond Hill’s Public Realm Master Plan. Joanne is a full member of OPPI and is an executive member of the Municipal Urban Designers Roundtable.
