Policy Advisor (Land Use Planning), Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs

John Turvey is a Policy Advisor with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.  For the past 15 years, he has worked in the field of agricultural land use planning, and has been involved in a variety of initiatives with the Province including Provincial Policy Statement reviews and the Greenbelt Plan.  He has also coordinated two reviews of the Minimum Distance Separation Formulae.   He is also a founding member of the Planning for Agriculture and Food Network.
