Cultural Heritage Specialist, MHBC Planning

Lashia Jones, BA (Hons) MA, CAHP is a Cultural Heritage Specialist and Heritage Planner with MHBC. She is a Professional Member of the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals, and a member of MHBC’s Cultural Heritage Division. Lashia has experience in historical research, analysis and evaluation on a variety of projects, including heritage conservation districts, heritage impact assessments and heritage bridge evaluations. Lashia has previously worked on heritage conservation district projects in Ottawa and Lambton County, and has recently worked on heritage conservation districts in Meaford, Guelph, Port Stanley, Markham, Kingston, Bala and Toronto. Lashia received her Master’s Degree in Canadian Studies, specializing in Heritage Conservation from Carleton University and her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto.
