Lesley Pavan

Director of Development and Design, City of Mississauga

Lesley Pavan is a Registered Professional Planner with over 25 years of land use planning experience.  She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Degree in Geography and worked with a number of smaller municipalities before joining Mississauga in 1993. In her time with the City she has held a number of different positions, working as a development planner, environmental policy planner, development manager and Downtown Transit Strategy Leader.  Currently is the Director of Development and Design within the Planning and Building Department.
She volunteers with the Planning Issues Strategy Group as the Chair of the Healthy Communities Working Group.
