Senior Planner, MHBC Planning

Nicholas Bogaert, BES, MCIP, RPP, CAHP joined MHBC in 2004 as a Planner after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelors Degree (Honours) in Urban and Regional Planning. Nick is a member of the Cultural Heritage Division of MHBC, and he is also Chair of the Heritage Wilmot Advisory Committee. Nick is a Full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and Ontario Professional Planners Institute, and a Professional Member of the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals. Nick has worked on heritage conservation districts in Oakville, Guelph, Lambton County, Port Stanley, Meaford, Toronto, Markham, Bala, and Kingston. These districts have included mixed use commercial residential properties, waterfront landscapes, and an operating industrial oil field. Nick also provides urban and rural planning analysis and research support for all aspects of the firm's activities.
