Paddy Kennedy is a Planner, Project Manager and Associate with Dillon Consulting Limited. Since joining Dillon in 2002, Paddy’s main focus has been preparing physical, land use and policy plans for public and private sector clients. Paddy is one the firm’s leading policy planners, with a special focus on employment lands planning. He has worked on a number of projects that grapple with questions related to land use compatibility, revitalization and intensification, industrial land protection and conversion and economic diversification. Some recent examples of his work include the award winning Niagara Economic Gateway Strategy (Region of Niagara), the Brock Business Park Revitalization Master Plan (City of Thorold), the City of Burlington's Employment Lands Study and the Town of Oakville's Employment Lands Study. Paddy has also been working extensively in the Middle East since 2007 and has prepared a number of industrial master plans and strategies for municipal clients. 
 
Paddy has a Master’s degree in planning from the University of Toronto and is registered professional planner with the Canadian Institute of Planners.  Paddy is the chair of OPPI's Municipal Affairs and Housing Working Group and is also a member of the Planning Issues Strategy Group.
