Paul Yeoman

Manager, Development Finance, City of London

Paul is an urban planner and municipal finance professional, serving as Manager, Development Finance with the City of London.  He provides policy advice to Municipal Council regarding the City’s development charge reserve funds, seeking to ensure that London’s future growth infrastructure investments are financially sustainable and efficient.  Through his employment with the City, Paul has been project lead for a number of plans and strategies related to development charges, growth and infrastructure planning, industrial lands assessment, financial incentives, and stakeholder engagement.  Paul holds graduate degrees in both Urban and Regional Planning and Political Science, and is a Registered Professional Planner.
