Paula Bustard is Vice President of Development for SmartCentres. Paula has been a practicing planner for over 12 years and is a full member of OPPI and CIP. She has been engaged in a variety of development projects for SmartCentres throughout Ontario. Most recently has been the lead on the development of SmartCentres 100 acres of land within the VMC and spearheaded the first major office development in the VMC since the early 1990s.
