Ron Clarke

Ronald Clarke is a professional transportation and urban planner, facility designer, and senior project manager with 25+ years experience in the consulting industry. As the Manager of Urban Planning and Design at Parsons (Ottawa), he specializes in transportation/transit planning & design that is focused on complete streets, active transportation, community & land use planning and Environmental Assessments (EAs). As an urban planner with experience in Official Plans, Zoning, Community Design Plans (CDPs) and development approvals, he excels in the planning and design of transportation/transit projects that work in harmony with community planning initiatives. He is also an experienced expert witness before the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB).
 

Ronald is responsible for managing large and complex planning and detailed design engineering projects and promoting the firm’s many services. Ronald also excels when managing or participating in multi-disciplinary studies, and is known as a team player, strategic thinker, and problem-solver. Ronald is also highly accomplished in the design and conduct of community outreach and public consultation processes as well as of studies and EAs in support of municipal infrastructure projects.
