A true life-long learner, Shakeel has designed and facilitated many courses in Leadership, Customer Service and Client Engagement.  As the Manager of Learning and Development at Pathways, he manages client relationships, leads training projects and provides strategic leadership direction to many Fortune 500 companies.

Leadership, Teamwork and Communication are at the forefront of his learning.  Shakeel has helped companies foster leadership development, build strategic competencies, improve employee morale and develop evaluation tools.  Volunteering is also very important to Shakeel.  As Commissioner of a Basketball League located in Vaughan, Ontario, he leads and facilitates all league operations including marketing, finance, sponsorship, digital technology and training sessions.

Above all, Shakeel loves to learn; he is keenly interested in a positive progression towards growth on a personal and professional level.
