Teresa Cline is a Senior Planner in York Region’s Planning and Economic Development Branch and leads policy development and implementation in the areas of natural heritage protection, sustainable communities, energy and climate change as they relate to the Region. She is currently engaged as a steering committee member in several local municipal energy planning exercises and also engaged in provincial electricity planning as a representative on the Local Advisory Committee. Teresa also has 10 years’ experience in development approvals with the Community Planning and Transportation Departments at York Region. She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo and is a Professional Planner with membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners and Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
