Ms. Hillier is the Manager of Planning & Building Services for the City of North Bay. Beverley leads a great team of Planning & Building professionals who work to grow and develop North Bay as a thriving community in Northern Ontario. Beverley has led numerous projects for the City of North Bay including the new City of North Bay Official Plan, new comprehensive Zoning By-law, Downtown Waterfront Master Plan and ongoing Official Plan review. Beverley has volunteered with OPPI in number of capacities and is currently on the Professional Knowledge Exchange Committee and is Chair of the Northern District Leadership Team.
