Carol Ruddy has a Masters degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia. Carol has been with the City of Ottawa since 2002, and has worked in a variety of areas including heritage, development review, zoning studies and community planning (Official Plan). Carol has sat on the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Arnprior since 2007. Over the years Carol has been responsible for zoning studies on various topics including medical marihuana, flood plains, and most recently on developing provisions for high-rise buildings. Carol is currently working on the comprehensive review of the City of Ottawa Official Plan.
