Dominique Lefebvre is the Senior Planner for the United Counties of Prescott and Russell in Eastern Ontario. Dominique is directly involved in development planning and approvals and leading the County Official Plan review and update. With more than 15 years of county and local planning experience, Dominique is keen on proactively developing guidelines and tools that are useful and effective to implement the County Official Plan policies. Dominique is a member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
