George Claydon has a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queens University. George has been at the City of Ottawa since 2017, working specifically on long range scenario planning and the city’s Official Plan review. Prior to his work at the city, George was Principal Policy Analyst at Infrastructure Canada, working on the design of federal funding programs for municipal infrastructure including the Investing in Canada Program and the federal Gas Tax Program. George also sits on Planning Committee in his home town of Chelsea, Quebec.
