Mark is a Professor and is the Coordinator of the Master’s of Environmental Studies/JD Joint Program at York University and Co-Chair of the Sustainable Energy Initiative (SEI). His areas of academic interest include environmental policy, environmental law, sustainable energy, climate change policy, environmental sustainability, environmental governance, and regulatory regimes, and the political economy of Ontario.
