Melissa Kosterman is a Planner and Urban Designer with Dillon Consulting, focusing specifically on master planning and urban design. She has 10 years of professional experience and holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with an Urban Design Specialization from the University of Waterloo. Melissa specializes in providing sustainable and innovative urban design solutions to public and private sector clients across Canada. She has experience and knowledge in the following areas of focus: urban design; streetscape design; parks, trails and open space planning; and, waterfront planning. Melissa is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with the Canada Green Building Council.
