Suzanne has been an influential member of the engagement team in defining the Bousfields engagement practice as integrated, innovative and experienced. As a dedicated member of the team, she designs, organizes, implements, facilitates and manages community engagement programs that are tailored to each development project. This involves liaising with community members and stakeholder groups to ensure the process and plan stays flexible to adapt to the interests of interested parties and changes to the proposal. Working closely with clients in the private and public sectors on a range of projects including residential, mixed-use, institutional and office, Suzanne ensures that the best possible engagement practices are applied proactively and throughout the planning process. Suzanne applies her knowledge and experience in communities’ receptiveness to development to determine what is needed to facilitate a meaningful engagement process.
