OPPI Conference SWAG Night

​Welcome to the first-ever virtual networking reception! Join us for the OPPI Opening Networking Reception from 5:30PM - 6:30PM and a watch a bartender create the drink of the night. We’ll be sharing the recipe so you can be a professional mixologist too!

Don't forget to bring your previous OPPI Conference swag, whether you pull out the funky socks (holes and all) or drink a cocktail out of your favourite OPPI mug, we want to go down memory lane with you!

Get your ingredients ready:

Old East Village Old Fashioned   - The Kellogg Cereal Old Fashioned
1 ½ oz. Paradigm 5 year Rye Whiskey
1 ½ oz. Simple Syrup (one part water, one part demerara sugar, Kellogg Cornflakes infused with cinnamon)
Lemon peel
3 heavy dashes of Bitters (sweet with baking spices)
Ice
 
Time on the Thames  *
1 ½ oz. Paradigm Gin
1 ½  White wine vinegar shrub with infused green apple, thyme, peppercorn and honey
3 dashes of Bitters (with orange and fennel)
Lemon peel
Fresh Thyme
Dehydrated candied apple slices
Soda water
Ice

Western Fair Derby
1 ½ oz. Paradigm 5 year Rye Whiskey
1 ½ oz. Grapefruit juice
1 ½ oz.  Simple sugar (with one part water, one part honey)
Dash of bitters
Grapefruit zest
Ice
